Not at all hard to do. If you are using an articulating mount some will have channeling through the articulating frame to run your cable in a hidden manor, if you are using a simple flush mount try to have your cabling come out right behind the set to keep it hidden. I've got a bigger project than that this weekend, I'm installing an 8 camera high def security camera system. Tired of the damn thieves.
