at 7 yards you can shoot and stop it with 1/4" paneling or less ! Just load the brass with primer only with PLASTIC bullets , no powder ,ive done it . Of course i was shooting a single action but this works for practice , draw, speed, body mechanics etc, not for semi auto, recoil, etc.
