And it gets worse , I hate to see this for a bunch of people. This latest news seems to me to be a calculated move that has been planned for a long time, greed at its finest .
The SEC has done a terrible job looking out for investors ! How many people such as myself have lost a LOT of hard earned money(due in part to my own ignorance) and trusting in the system and people to do the right thing . Its one thing for a company to come on hard times and not make profit , Its another to use investors money to play games, pay their families,friends and partners huge sums for services to get the money out of the company . And as it seems in this case just take it and put it into the other company that they own.
