Mermentau river entrance on tide prediction tables would be the closest location to get an idea. Remember this is a "prediction". That being said keep in mind you are some distance from the Mementau entrance as well as being some distance away from the gulf.
Next time you go and start noticing some tide movement, go home and look at the charts to see the difference in time that was predicted and when it actually happened. Still will not be exact science I'm afraid
