I believe as they keep the weir's closed the fishing will continue to be bad. There's a lot of bait back in that marsh that helps draw the fish in.

May be a stupid question, but what has to happen to open and/or close the weirs? Water levels in the lake/marsh? Salenity?

It's because of salinity, need more rain back there. You can call 855-532-9955 to find out the status of the weirs. If they are open or not. It's a recording.
