I pray the girl makes it through all this.
As for as for him, throw the book at lock him up for ever. Cut his legs off and give them to her. I have ZERO sympathy for idiots that drink or do drugs and drive. That is such a selfish act. One of my friends lost their 16 year old daughter to a drunk driver. He will be forever without his little girl and the drunk, illegal alien is in jail getting to watch free cable TV and eat free food the rest of this life.
