My wife doesn't fish or hunt and, pretty much, doesn't like sports but we've made it almost 30 years. She has learned to root for OU, tho.

Hardly, since she's the reason I'm an OU fan.

My wife is the same way. We get along great most of the time, but like always, we are going to get int a few fight here and there. My wife dont like hunting or fishing that much either, but she will take a trip with me every once in a while. And she dont complain about the money that I spend on guns, shells, calls, decoys, baits, poles, ect..... Of course i warned her before we got together, I told her that I hunted and fished ALOT.. she said she could handle that, I said "no baby.. you dont understand... I fish and hunt EVERYDAY that im home" I think she is starting to realize what i meant, but she is ok with that.

Think long and hard bout the whole M word. Just did it this year and to do over....Well, I love my wife but, I also loved not having to ask or tell anyone what my plans were. I miss S. American vacations on the beach. I miss Sturgis, SD. I miss a lot of things that I can't just run off and do anymore! There are A LOT of adjustments to be made after marriage! Most of the guys who have been married a good while have made those adjustments and are fine now, I guess. I am still getting used to the switch.

As for not caring about money spent on your hunting/fishing?...Not sure on that one. Mine seems to be a little jealous. Of course, I may just be paranoid.

I'd do it over again, cause I have my little ones, we were together 7 yrs. before we got married, her family hated me, but now her mom likes me. Love my life.
