Put them swimps in the fridge after you season them.
Make you a good size pot of garlic cheese grits and put them in the fridge overnight too.
Take out the garlic cheese grits and make some small patties . take out the shrimp. fry the patties in butter and olive oil. Put aside and keep warm.\
Warm the shrimp and place on top the grits . Make a sauce of butter flour and cream . top with sauce and diced green onions

slice them across the back, stick a piece of prosciutto, cream cheese and a sliver of jalapeno pepper, wrap it in bacon batter it like you would any fried shrimp and fry them puppies.

I like them the same way, except use crabmeat and japs for the filling.

These shrimp are out of intercoastal area and are litterally 4-6 count............wow they purrrrdy!!! Looks like one them tiger shrimp, only regular color..........
NEVER NOTICED YOU SAID SIDES.........here's one for you i fix it everytime i grill out.

1 cup mayonaise put it in a bowl and whip it around till the lumps are out and it is smooth then add a coiuple twist from the black pepper cracker and 2 pinches of kosher salt

1 can of white corn drained
1 can of yellow corn drained
3 roma tomatoes drained and diced
3 cucumbers peeled seeded and diced
1 jalapeno seeded and diced fine

add all this to the mayo and let it sit in the fridge about an hour serve with your bar be que
