1996 150 mariner 2.0
i have a complete rebuilt 1996 150 mariner 2.0 runs good i also have another 150 mariner it has a like new mid and lower unit with the power head took apart it just need new rings iam selling it all for $$2,000 firm not parting anything out all or nothing call 985-518-1105

Friend of mine has a 200 Yamaha. It runs but cold use a rebuild. You could prob run it for a while the way it is.

Had a PM for a guys #... called him..... He has (2) mercurcy 200hp ('99) EFI motors that are dual................ my question is........ can these motors fit the same johnson controls ?

Finfeatherfur has a friend who bought that Contender.
He said they were changing out the 2 stroke Yamaha's to 4 strokes.
He might be able to get you one.
I doubt a Johnson control system will fit a Merc. or Yamaha motor.

with all the bass boats up there you should be able to find a toledo motor with less corrosion than one that's lived in SWLA forever.

Try Genes Marine in Lake Charles 337-474-2125. Yamaha told me i needed a new motor too, so i called Genes Marine and he asked to take a look at my motor and found some used parts and fexed it cheap.

Just called Melissa-------no "used" motors in my price range... she said everything was $6,000 and up....


Note: i had to call them
