Most Police work is reactive very little of it is preventative, LSU PD is more like security if you ask me, But I do know some guys who work for em and there not douche bags. and you can't prove that they don't patrol, a police car can patrol a subdivision three or four times a day and people are going to say they don't patrol enough every time, thinking that they're gonna roll up on half of the criminals while they are doing the crime is unreasonable to expect, all that is expected of them is to be there in as fast as possible when they are called. bad part about now, is that gas prices are high, and the cost for cops to patrol is high, gas goes high so does crime, cops are patrolling less and responding to crimes more. this is reality. KMAB!
