20K tuition per year your are talking about upwards schools in Louisiana... McNeese is about 3-4K per year ( no Books). 15hr semesters at LSU are 2300.

Ol boy has squandered what was given to him. He'd rather be "him" than a responsible member of society. Shes not any better. This has to stop or we will be worse off in a couple of years from where we are now.
