We get that since my side will only eat that, reds and mahi mahi. I cook it however I'm cooking my fish and its pretty good. We get the ones that are individually frozen and vacuum sealed from Wal-Mart.

i live in lafayette so i either get it from rouses or fresh market. any place you get it from you can tell if its fresh or if its been sitting out by the color.

if ya'll only knew how they raised those talapia overseas. they fertilize the ponds with human waste!
