Mine is still Medium rare pan seared tuna.....Its really not even close either.

I started a thread on Louisiana sportsman about people's top ten eating fish.....It was a few years back but here are the results. I ranked the responses and all that.

Never tried the seabass but Yellowfin tuna seared and cooked rare is at the top of my list.

I am almost embarrassed to say that I have never had tuna or wahoo! I never fish the deep waters so never had the chance to catch them.
