pretty ironic that the feds blame recreational fisherman for over harvest, while they are literally blowing up every last peice of snapper habitat, decomished rigs, that is left in the gulf.....

Still an issue is the distruction of habitat and fish. And the Feds contridiction in law and lack of data. State agency needs to adress this. In Louisiana we have some natural reef but the rest is man made. I say get out from behind the desk and go fishing see for your self the state of red snapper as all here already know.
