I'am 64 fish every week
my tip for older guys is to hit the stair master for 20 min. Every day weight training and lo fat deit. I tell my kids i want to look in the coffin but i really want to fish till iam 95 |

I have a retired Uncle that's 71, he still commercial fish catfishes 2 days a week and when he's not doing that he's running a 20 acre crawfish pond. He hunts every day during duck season too. Just a good ole dude, has more money in the bank than anyone I know and you would NEVER know it by looking at him.

62 this month still go as much as I use to kayak shore surf boat it's just my hook sets not quite what it use to be but still good enough the reason I know this is I fish with my son when we were both young and now a little older and he's still young.

Paul is a stud.
I plan on still being out there when I'm up there... even if it takes working out and eating right.. they'll have to pry my cold hands from my rod, bow, etc. It's this computer that's killin me. |

I am a lot closer to the "Big 6 0" than I want to be and don't get to fish as much as I want to. I'm not near as mad at 'em as I once was. Really enjoy just being on or wading in the water every chance I get.
And yes, I agree, Paul is a Stud! |
