Yup, back at it ...

Sausage done so I wont starve, first flip after 60 mins at 500 degrees ...

All foiled up and Cadillacin' at 300 for the next couple of hours

Looks great but why the foil? I cook mine on the BGE until internal temp of 200, no ferl.
