Wings
Didn't realize how many wings was in 15 lbs a wings.
got all 4 racks in my electric smoker full of wings. Brined them for 3 hrs ,seasoned up w/ some benoits and soy sauce and cayanne. Smoking over apple and pecan. going to make a wing sauce of butter, lemon juice and texas petes hot sauce.
