Still At Mark's Lodge
He has a 25 hydro sport with a 300 mercury on the back, just got it after winning the 09' Oberto Cup, Also has a twin -v-cat 21' with a 250 Mercury with the same redfish wrap... Still has his boat at Mark Hugh's camp on Lake Breeze, with a few other guides...

Mr. Broussard
He only has one boat, a 24' Haynie. The only 25' Chris makes is in the new Cat model (one bad mutha). He has since sold the 21' cat and his boat from last year, as mentioned. It was sold to a guide from Big Lake Guide Service. The black Haynie is NOT wrapped because they are not sponsored by American Rodsmith's. Kevin is also no longer on the Hydra-Sports Pro Staff. He has gone strictly to Haynie. You can find him at Hackberry Charters (Mark Huse).

No, just wondering who I saw couple days ago.
I met him 15 or so years ago, but he got a little fatter and a little uglier... LOL |

First introduction
My first introduction to BL was a couple years ago. I had the opportunity to meet Mark and fish with Kevin. I had a blast. They really layed out the red carpet for us and made us feel at home. We still use them for corporate fishing trips. Great bunch of guys.
But, I'm sure there are a ton of guides on BL that are great....but Mark and his crew made one hell of a first impression. |
