Speckle me green

Saw this on another site and wondered if any of you guys have seen this before?

Can anyone tell me what this is in the trout? - 2CoolFishing

The green on top looks like algae slime, not sute about the dark spots that seem embedded.

There is a simple solution, Catch and Release.
Of course you know that there is a health advisory that long term consumption of fish from the Calcasieu Estuary may cause health risks due to HCB, HCBD and PCBs.
Like the others from 2Cool said: Galveston Bay is much cleaner.
Release all those nasty trout from the Calcasieu.
