Default Larry Dahlberg's Stages of Fishing

According to my hero, Larry D:

First, you just want to catch them,
Then, you want to catch a limit,
Next, you want to catch a monster,
And finally, you want to catch them the way that you want to catch them.

Some days, I seem to go through all the stages, other days I get stuck on stage one. Of course, you can stay in the Monster mode or in the I done it my way mode if that's your thing. It's all fun my brothers.

I am just out here to enjoy the time on the water and looking at nature.

I added one more.

Amen, sometimes I just get too focused on getting them.
Take time to smell the roses/saltwater.

Its just nice to get out and fish. We all to often take what we do for granted when we are out there. Yes its nice to catch, and really nice to get the limit or the big one. There are so many people out ther who will never get to experiance any of it . So next time think about it and it makes it that much more enjoyable.

Thats just my $.02
