Burns Point Launch

Does anyone know if the launch at Burns Pt. is open? I found a number and tried calling but got no answer.

Y would it be closed? Haven't been out there in a while but used to launch there to go to Wax Lake.

It's been closed for about a couple months now. They are doing some repairs to it. There was a big blue sign just after the first set of railroad tracks from HWY 90. I even drove all the way there one day after not seeing the sign and had to turn around. I the sign was still up about 2 weeks ago.

I bet if u called that Chevron station at Burns Point exit and asked them, they would prob know.

As of 3 weeks ago it was still closed and they said it wouldn't be open for opening weekend of teal season which was this past weekend.

I got in contact with someone at the launch. It is open now.
