FlagUS Dularge Trout Frenzy!

Enjoyed an incredible trout bite Friday with fast and furious action as the fish were eating up like no tomorrow! Mike Parker, Raymond Jackson and Jim McCaskill ripped up the trout as they found it hard to believe it was possible to catch so many fish in such a short period. The fish were feeding on small pogies and shad. It really didn't matter what we threw at them as they nailed the LSU chubs best but sparkle beetles and swim baits also worked for us. Water temps was 56 degrees and the trout were hungry. We whacked the fish at every stop catching no less than 150 nice trout keeping our 100 fish limit along with 3 reds. I think we have Jim having second thoughts about bass fishing back home in Mississippi. Thanks guys for a fun trip. Good luck fishing and merry Xmas to everyone!.
