Default Costas

Looking at finally getting a pair of Costa's and was wondering which kind to get? I don't like the big thick framed ones so any other suggestions would be great. Oh and kind of lens?

Thanks in advance,
Slick

I love my Man O' War's with the 580's and also have a pair of the Fathom's with the cheap lenses.

the reason for the tough plastic frame is so they don't get crushed while fishing

maybe try the ballasts

MY Fathoms are pretty light weight and I love them. I have a heavier pair of wave killers but with the slightest bit of sweat they just slide off my face. 580 silver mirror lenses with copper base.

To tell you the truth you are just gonna have to go to the store and try them all on until you find what YOU like because everyone is different. That is the best advice.

Why waste your money? Buy the Oakley Half jackets with the Polarized lens. I love them and they put NO pressure on your nose at all...

Because Oakleys suck for fishing.

X2. Go to a place like Bass Pro/Cabela's that carries almost every style. Try on all the ones you like and find best fit. Then go home and search for them on eBay. They will be $50-60 cheaper. And no, they won't be refurbed.

Seth, would have thought you had more sense than that. Try the Sunglass hut in any mall, usually a Hottie working behind the counter.

Last time I went to Sunglass Hut in Acadiana Mall, which has been a while, they didn't carry Costas. Don't have to go far in Lafayette to run into a hottie or two.

Action Specialties on hwy 90 between New Iberia and Broussard has the biggest selection I've seen in the state. If the price is to high you could then get them on ebay, but you would know the kind you want
