A gift from an old friend...

I recently had a friend pass away. When his apartment was being cleaned out, there were 3 rod and reels that were discovered. The man in charge of the operation thought that I would like to have them and he was right. I don't know much about them except that I think they are pretty old. They are all Penn offshore reels. I know that one rod is an Ambassador and not sure with the other two. The rods all have hardwood handles, which I found odd and also has led me to believe that they are rather old. Here's a few pics and I'll try to get some better ones soon.

They'll never be used again but, I do think I'll clean em up and redo to the rods and hang em up in the office at the shop unless someone knows more about em and thinks they are better left alone.
