Took my nephew fishing today, didn't do too good on artifical, but saw someone next to us bringing in 3 in about 30 minutes on live shrimp.
So we ran to Cal. Point and bought some skrimps.
Look what I caught.

Ray I saw you pass through Grand Bayou today. I left that place quickly-- only 3 reds... moved on and caught 25 specks-- only eaters though.

Caught that big monster at Lambert weirs.

You should have hollered at me.
Which boat were you in?

We saw bait everywhere we went, but didn't find many Trout or Reds.
Tried several different colors of eel type lures. No luck.
