Thumbs up 8/5/09 Big Lake Topwater Smash
Hunting Fool and I had one HELL of a trip today......We started off on a reef and boated 28 of our 30 trout limit on topwater....This was FOOLS 1st topwater trip!!!! After 20 blow ups or so he got the hang of it!!!!

Next we hit the channel and it was even better!!!! We Tagged and released 32 trout( 5 over 20inches.......)

On the way in Fool said: You know what would top this off! I said what .....He said Pink Dolphin..... Well guess what.....BOOM there she was......She played around the boat for 30mins as we took pics and video her!!!! (Awesome day)..........

Fool are you starting to notice a trend with that shirt!!!!!!!!!

W & DD I may coming that way in a week or two to pick up my camper. I need a trip!!!!!!!!!

Where'd you see pinky? I finally saw her Sunday by West Pass in the channel. She still around there?

We would also like 2 thank Ray for going back to work and bringing us this awesome weather!!!!

BTW....Salty...them trout didn't touch that bomber!! And we both threw it for 10mins put it down and wham back on top.....bombers suck!!

salty...we was hammering on topwater...i said "ima throw that bomber" W said "me 2" not one single hit...so i threw topwater and hammered em some more

Great job! I was thinking about going this weekend. Did ya'll catch the fish right at daylight or did they hit topwater on into the morning?
