Is the draw bridge on 384 open? Does the marina at heberts sell ice/ live bait?

Bridge is open but heberts is bot open. Cal point is though.

Bridge stays open for highway traffic. It doesn't close until barge traffic calls for it to open for them.

Cal. point was out of live bait on sunday, said they hadnt been catchin anything. Spicers also did not have any. Hopefully they have been finding some.

Inland Shrimp season opened Monday morning.
If they are not catching, there are a LOT of shrimp boat wasting fuel on the ship channel.
