There was video of the fight.
It was in a decent place.
Them murders take place where it is not so nice.

Most of those murders are drug related an on the bad streets of N. BR. Kinda hard to care when it drug dealers and gang members taking each other out!

Gov't st the same way. It goes from riches to rags in a city block!

When my dad was moving down here, he accidentally exited onto Washington st from I-10. Bad part was, it was 10 at night. He called me and said man, I got off here and there's people trying tp come to my car. Wth is the deal?! I said FLOOR IT and hope you get pulled over!

the most noticeable is airline hwy....that's the dividing line(new BR and old BR), even the SAME streets change their names after airline.Took me almost a year to figure that out when i lived up there going school ...sorry for the off topic.

but yea, it sure was a big transition (i worked at family's stores on ardenwood and greenwell springs) but spent the majority of my time on the lsu side. talk about a night and day

one good rule of thumb is if you are driving thru a town that is new to you, Martin Luther King Blvd is generally not the best place to be
