the new g series feels like if you take a e series and fill the brake system full of sand then wash it with salt water let it sit for 24 hrs then try and use is terrible always been a shimano fan but the new curado and citca g suck so before you buy look on reel seat if it says made in malaysia dont buy it if it says japan thats the one

Jeremy
Just a heads up, before you ask. I will not carry the Curado G series at all. My client’s that I stock are very disappointed in the G series. I will not distribute this reel series as for now. I will not get any more E Series 200E7 so get them now while I have a good stock ( 138 e7s in stock

They have 4 or 5 different models ranging from 80-280 bucks. IMO the tournament speed spool is the way to go. Cost 180 bucks and weighs 6.7 oz,11 shielded SS bearings and dual braking system. They are a tad bit smaller than a curado E7.

Ron "Reelman" Ardoin buy old Curado's in lots off of Ebay and restores them.
If you are looking for the past 2 Curado series reels, I'd give him a call.
He has a buttload of the old light green Curado's. Rebuilt by him.
