Default Oyster dressing made with french bread

I'm new to this forum and was hoping to find an oyster dressing recipe made by my grandmother way back. It had white bread in it and celery, onion and maybe bell pepper. It seems like she soaked the bread in milk and then added oysters and the liquor (oyster) and baked it. As a kid, I wasn't to fond of it, but now I love oysters and would really like a good recipe. Her name was Alice Duhon Faulk and she lived in Crowley, LA. Thanks for any recipes!

Booger Vincent has a good recipe. Trent Hebert probably has a copy of it.
