Default How you cook this?

How long do you have to cook this down to make a good gravy?

That is one of the few things that does NOT taste like chicken

I would do some sort of Chinese dish with it like Moo Goo Gai Pan or PooPoo Platter. Cat goes well in these dishes

Me uncle has one mounted with the left arm extended and a wood duck drake coming off of a piece of drift wood. Looks like the cat is trying to swat the duck down. Its really neat. Wish i had a picture.

And they be expensive to mount. Skin it and have it tanned if you can, they make good skins. I shot one the first year you were allowed to and have seen many many since then, will never shoot another after I got the quote from the taxidermy

Friend of mine does awesome mounts on bobcats, I can get you his number if you need. Here is some of his work though. His prices are steep, but you never want to skimp on a good taxidermist.
