Default video editing

bought me a new camcorder a kodak playsport. wasn't but like a 100 at wall mart hd waterproof and shoots pretty good. but i have never done any editing with video before what software do yall use. it saves them in mp4 format and im having trouble finding any shareware that supports mp4 and figured i would get some opions before i overlook and buy something that ain't real good

my friend got one also. Brought it with him squirrel hunting yesterday. He never got a shot off though. Its a nice camera

Let us know how u like it, amazing how the prices keep going down on video cameras. Shouldn't kodak have something?

Them things are sweet, I got a bow mount for mine and filmed a couple doe kills. Great quality video. Anyone seen a mount for a hat to use for fishing?
