when people say they caught trout & red fish on the EAST BANK,what do they mean?The whole east side of BIG lake or certain areas,and how do I get there?

There are reefs along the east bank in various spots also the weirs in the SE corner of the lake produce a lot of fish. Best way to get there would be by boat....

there are some specific reefs but depending on the time of year fish can be caught all up and down the east bank. Its not just isolated to a few spots
