When you get older..... the back rest type seat will make fishing easier.

YEP....me too.
We got to do everything to make fishing [and hunting] a little easier so we don't have to take too much Ibuprofen later. |

When I was tourney fishing bass, I used a lean up seat only.

Shoot I'm only 25 and I use the seat with a back rest. Back starts hurting after a long day of fishing. Just need to sit down sometimes.

I had a small " butt" seat. It was great for me bc I could sit/ lean on it and take the pressure off my knees..... After 3 acl reconstructions (2x left & 1 x right) my knees get sore standing up for a long time.
Plus on the causeway it gave me more stability up front when it got choppy. |
