Default V Bay Salinity

i see that the river has dropped below 10' at Butte LaRose. How long do you think it will be before we have some good salt water in the bay?

I would say it will be several months before it gets right inside the bay. Salinity is about as salty as toledo bend.

Buddy of mine went fish the reefs on the backside of marsh island last week. Water was muddy with lillys everywhere. The rigs offshore might be better. July is usually when the bay starts getting satly unless we have a drought year.

River is dropping. Water should clear up a bit.
