Default Tiger Shoals 5-19

Hit the launch at about 8:30 and were greeted with rough water out of Four Mile Cut. Went caught bait and headed out of the pass. We were headed to 233 but on the way there, we were tired of the pounding so we stopped to fish some rigs we never had been to before. At the second rig, we were all fishing live bait on the bottom, While reeling up a live shrimp, i caught a nice one close to the top. I immediately rigged up an LSU sand eel and caught another. The bite started off fast and furious but petered out. We picked away at them, until about 4, and ended up with 45. We only had to measure 2 fish, and the majority were 18 - 19". All were caught on top with the majority being on plastics worked 1 - 2ft under the surface.

That's what I call a nice trip.

Way to stick with it and make a successful trip out of the conditions!
