Default Power pole

So the other day while fishing at the island I managed to break the spike on my power pole. After watching the videos I almost did not think it was possible to do, but I guess the waves got the best of it and it snapped right at the top where it connects by the two screws. I called powerpole, they asked for my name and address and said new one is on its way...no questions asked. Ordered it tuesday got it in yesterday. Now thats what I call quality customer service.
