I need a device that I can use with my Dremel to cut stencil patterns out of 5 mil Mylar sheeting. I was looking at a 1/32" End Mill. Are any of you guys familiar with these bits? I read where they're designed to cut plastics. This will be some intricate cutting, so, I need something that is very small and will also make smooth cuts. This is the smallest size I could find. I don't need a tutorial on the bit....I just need to know if you think it will work for my application.

Yes, that will work....the hard part will be keeping a steady hand but I'm sure you already know that.

Not sure if your buying a high speed steel bit or carbide...high speed steel will be plenty for what you are doing.

I don't know if this one is carbide or steel but I'm fixin' to order it.
