Default DIY Bed Liner

I'm looking into putting a roll on bed liner in my boat. Has anyone tried any DIY(duplicolor, herculiner, etc) bedliners in their truck or boat? I'm really not looking forward to paying a professional $1000-1500 estimated at a few places around town.

Someone else will post in a few hopefully..... The people that have commented on these threads with people wanting to do the bed liner recommend something else.

They say that the bed liner is slicker than snot when it gets wet.

You may try to do a search on here and see what you find. This topic has been discussed several times over the years.

Raptor makes a Do it yourself kit. It comes with the spray gun. It was very easy and looked like the professional ones. I did my sons truck about 6 months ago and it looks as good as new. Check it out on you tube.

I used grizzly grip in my marshrunner. It's OK but does get slick. Buddy of mine bought something from diamond paint and used in his aluminum boat. I'll find out what it was. And post back.

Armadillo liner is what he used

Don't use raptor bed liner. It is hard like paint and slick.

dont use bedliner you will regret it after a year. most people use hydro turf. its pricey but is nice. there is another site that offers eva foam sheets same as hydro turf but they only have basic colors. http://www.foamorder.com/closedcell.html you can get a sheet of .25 for 25 bucks which is a quarter what hydro turf wants.

yeah they are legit. i found that site on another forum called refugeforums.com they have a bunch of guys that put it in their boats. all you need is a can of the 3m spray adhesive to lay it down. wash your boat first let dry then wipe down the area with alcohol.
