Tsubaki (sp?) on Ambassador by the mall is hands down the best. I've eaten at every one in Lafayette (that I'm aware of) and they are consistently great. Their sushi is really good too. The one down the road from it by Posados is also pretty good, and the sushi is better, but Tsubaki is still my favorite.

Went to Tokyo Live on a first date and the hibachi guy said close your eyes and open your mouth. Dude threw a flaming hot juicy shrimp and hit me square on the forehead. Never again.
