			it is just like anywhere else in the bay, i have been there and done well and i have been there and caught nothing, it is good when the conditions are right, maybe someone can help with this time of year, i have never fished it in the fall or winter time, there used to be lights around directly on the water but for some reason they are not there anymore

			I have fished it a bunch have done real well if the tide is moving either way. As long as it is moving. As far as the lights i have trolled all around the platform and caught quality fish in the shadows away from the lights . Directly in the lights just caught trash fish .
