Default At the bay now

Been here for 3 hours and ain't caught the first speck yet! LOL. Hammock to cove to trash pile. At trash pile now. There's kayaker half mile north of mud point! Wow! I asked if he wanted a lift back in he said he's fine. He's headed to the state park! That son of a gun had a nice box of trout caught on mirror lures he said.

We went today also - trash pile, hammock, dry reef. cove. Only caught a few keeper trout. Think we got in on the tailend of the bite this morning. Water was slick and nice. Good day to be out.

It was pretty slow today. most people i spoke to at the launch caught around 10 specks. I'm more than happy to catch 10 that's a great day for me but it wasn't a limit out kinda day for most i spoke with.
