Default Fishing seat height?

I was looking at Basspro online for some swivl-eze boat seat posts. They come in two sizes, 11 inch and 13 inch. Is there much difference in comfort between the two sizes? I sold my old boat and these are for my new one so I don't have anything to compare to. I'm 5 ft. 10 inches. Thanks for any help with what I see is a major decision!!

I am 6' 1" and I love the longer pedestals. Had the short ones and got rid of them.

that is for a actual seat . i prefer the "bicycle seat style" that is much taller. you dont really "sit" on it but more like lean on it

Default short ones

I'm gonna go for the 11 inch one if you, at 6'1" , like the tall one! It's for a regular seat not a bicyle type. Thanks.
