Default Fried backstrap with sausage in a gravy

My little cousin killed her first deer this year on youth weekend, so last night we cooked some for her to try. Cooked the deer sausage in a brown gravy and fried the backstrap. The first batch didn't turn out right so we seasoned the hell out of the corn meal and double battered it. That must have been the secret cause that tiny little doe was on point!!

Got a pic of the egg wash and in the pan. No pics of the finished product or the gravy. As soon as it was done we tore into it!!
