Cheers Duing The DU 12-8-12

More good times and memories made Down in Dularge and at The Reel Inn Fishing Lodge. Shane Duplantis and the REXEL crew had a great evening and night sleep at The Reel Inn Lodge. We had a early departure this morning being that the fog wasn't too thick. Upon arriving at our first location, we found the birds flying and searching for shrimp. The bite was slower than expected, so we were off looking for a better bite. Stick and move was the key to success again today, as the fish were not stacked thick like they were on Thursday. We did have the big yellow mouths coming in consistently at two locations under corks and tight-lining Matrix Shad and the HLT Swimmer Jr's. Trout up to 19 inch's hit the YETI today. We did have to work for our fish today, but all of my crew enjoyed every second of it!! Just the blessing of being on the water and enjoying what God has given us made the trip enjoyable and a success before the first fish even made it into the ice-chest. Lots of laughs and good times were had today while filling up the box. Big thanks to my sponsors for making such incredible baits for us to catch fish on everyday...Matrix Shad, Texas Tackle Factory, and High Life Tackle put the hurt on the fish day in and day out, no other baits needed!!! A special thanks to Shane Duplantis for setting up the trip, and to Capt Travis Miller for running the second boat today.

First class lodging and Capt's/fishing. We are your one stop shop if looking to fish the Dularge area. Give us a call as you will not be disappointed!
