Cheers Whack N Stack Fest 12-27-12

David Thibodaux was back on board today with his dad Harry Thibodaux. We had a early start out of The Reel Inn Lodge finding the reds and trout stacked up!! By 9am we had boated over 50 reds. TTF Killer Flats Minnows in black/chart put a major hurt on the reds. With our limit iced down it was off to the trout grounds. One stop and we had Logs coming over the gunnels one after another!! Trout 16-21 inches were hammering the Matrix Shad Tiger Baits and Lemon Heads. Slow retrieve on the bottom and the big trout were eating them up. It didn't take long to finish filling the 120qt Yeti to the top. We called it a day right after 12pm and were back at The Reel Inn cleaning fish. Big thanks to Capt Travis Miller for running the second boat with Robert Utrera. The guys also smashed the reds and trout today. Everyone had a blast loading the boats with fish. Thanks everyone for making today's trip so successful. All four of our boats running today easily limited out on reds as they were packed thick again today.
First class lodging and fishing, one stop shop down in Dularge. We can sleep 20 comfortably at the camp and have up to 15 boats if needed. Give us a call.
