Kayak fishing big lake

What going on guys. This summer I'm going to be in a situation school/work wise to be able to fish around LC quite a bit. I have never fished the area and was wondering where I should start in order to catch some trout from my kayak.

Just about anywhere the boats catch fish. Plenty of launches around the lake with easy paddling to trout.
