The Good old days of making the sportsman......Now they only have 3 that make it every month...same old same old stuff.......Big Lake reports have went to nothing which is a good thing...... Its a East bias Mag...

It was always more of an East thing. Rembember, towards the west you only have Big Lake and that is it. Towards the East, you have a lot more lakes and bays to fish which lead to more reports and more people that fish that area. VB and Dularge is not even considered the west, but more central. Again, for the West you have Big Lake and Big Lake only. For example, do you watch that weekly TV show Sprortsmans Paradise? Majority of the show only covers the East. I get the Mag. and you still see reports from Jeff Poe and Eric Rue. To me, all these reports for whichever area is the same crap they say every month. I got my MAG from OCT of 08 and compared to reports to OCT of 09 and almost everything was the same.

I can tell you this...the ones who gave all the good reports are all here...They have nothing for our area as for as reports.....I still have guys from there emailing me every month......

I am under the weather to. My son was sick this weekend and he guess he passed it on to me. Bad thing is, I am leaving for Kingsport, TN tomorrow morning thru THURS for buisness. Also, glad I cancelled my fishing trip with my uncle to Big Lake. I checked the wind on tides and currents and it is blowing in double digits....He ended up going. I need to contact him for a report.
