Default What ya'll think?

Thinking of going out tomorrow and try turners but weather says it is supposed to be 10-20 so that means 20+ winds. What yall think? Should i brave turners and the lake or go to the salt ditch and black lake?

man, I been waitin for 5 months now, and tommorrow is the first time I can go, and am off, and of course THE WIND! That's my plan for tommorrow, go look at turners, and if it's ugly, hit the ditch and black lake. Good luck tommorrow, I don't care if I just ride in the boat all day, it's time to get on some water!

I'll tell you this right now, 10-20 out the SE will not be worth it on the north end tomorrow, will be very unpleasant.

So what about black lake area? on windy days I usually just hit prein area, but still too early for that. I thought about the south end, but if it's muddy there, you're pretty much screwed right? The only place I have had luck on the south end is the wiers, washout and longpoint.

Go with the attitue of not catching and enjoy the sun on the water and if you find some itll be a bonus.....better than staying home and you dont know until you go.....try something new and suprise yourself.

That is exactly the mentality I have for tommorrow. I have been bustin @#! on the rigs, and workin on my boat the few hours I been at home. All I want is to be out, gone, with no damn phone, and no sweatn a 24hr call! If I catch good, if not, hey, at least i'm on my boat and not a crew boat!
