Prop questions
Hey guys I have a custom made 16x48 flat with a 3 cylinder 40 merc. I'm looking to up grade my prop. Top speed is 35 with just me. It's a lil sluggish out the hole with a load till the power band kicks in. I'm def putting a jack plate soon. But I'm also looking to phrase the prop and put a whale tail. What's y'all experience with 3 and four blade props? We run quite a bit of shallow water I hear the 4 blades are better for that. Help me out!
